We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited, with estimated delivery times varying by location and chosen method.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but no later than 7 business days.
Where does FiveStar ship to?
United States.(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We strive to ensure all your items arrive together whenever possible. However, please note that due to varying shipping options for different products, they may not always be dispatched together. Rest assured, once an item is shipped, you'll receive a notification email confirming its dispatch.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot alter shipments once the product is en route. However, you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
- If an order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placement, please refer to our return and refund policy.
- If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. FiveStar will not replace the order or issue a refund.
